If you would like InfoZambia to delete your account or personal data, you can request deletion at any time.
This page is provided as our public data deletion URL for platform partners and sign-in providers, including social login integrations.
How to Request Deletion
Email hello@infozambia.com from the email address linked to your InfoZambia account, or use the contact form on our website.
Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and tell us which account, business listing, or information you want removed.
What to Include
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- Your phone number if it is linked to the account
- The business name or listing name, if relevant
- A short description of what you want deleted
What We Delete
Depending on your request and legal obligations, we may delete or de-identify:
- Your user profile information
- Connected social login identifiers
- Business ownership or team access records
- Messages, uploads, and profile content you created
- Other personal data associated with your account
What We May Retain
We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
If some data cannot be fully deleted for those reasons, we will limit its use to those purposes only.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete them within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
If we need more information to verify your identity or locate the data, we will contact you first.
